The department's personnel are well versed in the details of the required standards and skilled in performing quality control for each component and in documenting the findings. Also, the quality control personnel are responsible for holding trainings and authorizations for the employees of S. Cohen as part of the quality policy implemented in the company's factories.
The quality control process begins with the receipt of the raw materials to the factory, throughout the production stages and ends with the delivery of the iron to the customer's site, in a way that ensures that the product leaving the gates of the Sh. Cohen meets the highest standards.
